1. Official Payment Process
All payments must only be made through the official methods and forms provided on our website.

- JazzCash

Users must complete the registration form after making payment and upload valid payment proof (screenshot).
2. No Direct Payments Policy

Users must NOT send payments to any:
- Admin
- Moderator
- Team member
- Founder
- Or any person claiming to represent 7picy.live directly
Even if someone contacts you personally and asks for payment, do NOT send money.
We are not responsible for any loss, scam, or fraud caused by direct or unofficial dealings.
Only payments made through the official website process will be considered valid.
3. Third-Party Fraud Warning
If any third person uses our name, brand, or identity to collect money:

❌ We will not refund or recover such payments

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under specific conditions:
- Tournament cancellation by admin
- Valid refund request submitted at least 3 hours before tournament start
- Verified duplicate or system error cases
5. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Late refund requests (less than 3 hours before start time)
- User not available at match time
- Internet issues or device problems
- Incorrect registration details
- Violation of tournament rules
- Direct or unofficial payments
6. Tournament Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Being available at match time
- Having stable internet connection
- Joining the correct room details on time
- Using correct registered game ID
Failure to meet these requirements will not be considered for refund or replay.
7. Payment Verification
All payments are manually verified by our team.
If payment details or screenshots are incorrect or unclear, registration may be rejected.
8. Policy Updates
