- Tournament Schedule
All tournaments will start at their scheduled date and time. Participants are responsible for being available and ready to play.
- Refund Policy
If you are unable to participate, you may request a refund only if you inform our team at least 3 hours before the official tournament start time.
This allows us to offer your slot to another waiting player.
Refund requests submitted less than 3 hours before the tournament start time will not be approved.
- Internet & Technical Issues
Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for gameplay.
7picy.live is not responsible for:
- Internet disconnections
- Network issues
- Power outages
- Device failures
- Personal emergencies
- Any issue occurring at the player’s location
No refunds, compensation, or rematches will be provided for such situations.
We strongly recommend having a backup internet connection whenever possible.
- Match Room Entry
Tournament room details such as Room ID and Password will generally be shared approximately 10 minutes before the match begins.
Players must join the room within the allowed time period.
- Player Verification
The first few minutes before the match may be used for player verification.
Our team will compare your submitted Game ID with the Game ID present in the room.
Players using unregistered or unauthorized Game IDs may be removed from the room and disqualified.
- Game ID Changes
If you need to change your Game ID after registration, you must contact our team before the match begins.
Do not use a different Game ID without informing the tournament team.
- Registration Process
All tournament registrations must be completed through the official registration form available on the website.
No registration is considered valid unless the registration form has been properly submitted.
- Direct Payments Are Not Allowed
Never send tournament fees directly to any team member, moderator, administrator, or founder.
All registrations and payment submissions must follow the official website process.
If you send money directly to someone outside the official process, 7picy.live will not be responsible for any losses.
- Fair Play
Players must compete fairly and respectfully.
The following activities may result in disqualification:
- Cheating
- Exploiting bugs
- Using unauthorized software
- Account sharing
- Teaming when prohibited
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Tournament Decisions
All tournament decisions made by the 7picy.live administration team are final.

- Protect Your Personal Information
Never share personal information with other players, including:
- CNIC numbers
- Banking information
- Account passwords
- One-Time Passwords (OTP)
- Payment credentials
- Home addresses
- Private documents
- Protect Your Payment Information
Payment information should only be used for official tournament registration.
Do not share payment screenshots, account credentials, or sensitive financial information with other participants.
- Report Suspicious Activity
If any player requests:
- Personal information
- Financial information
- Account access
- Direct payments
Please report the matter immediately to our team.
Appropriate action may be taken, including removal from the tournament or platform.
- No Buy & Sell Activity
Buying, selling, trading, or promoting products and services inside tournament groups is prohibited unless officially approved by 7picy.live.
Violations may result in warnings, removal, or permanent bans.
- No Unauthorized Deals
Players should not conduct private financial transactions with other participants through tournament groups.
7picy.live is not responsible for disputes, scams, or losses resulting from private deals.
- Group Safety
Tournament groups are created solely for tournament coordination and communication.
Members should maintain respectful behavior and avoid:
- Harassment
- Threats
- Hate speech
- Spamming
- Abusive language
- Data Protection
Information submitted during registration is used only for tournament management, participant verification, communication, and prize distribution.
We do not sell participant information to third parties.
- Prize Distribution
Winner information and payment details will only be collected when necessary to process tournament prizes.
- Account Security
Players are responsible for securing their own gaming and platform accounts.
Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Safe Gaming Environment
Our goal is to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for every participant. Users who violate these policies may be removed from tournaments, groups, or the platform without prior notice.
